Building Confident Families is a child sleep consulting service whose primary aim is to help parents with their child or baby’s sleep. Because of this, Building Confident Families, is always committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website.
Building Confident Families wants you to be aware that we are not, nor shall we ever be, in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT
GOOGLE ANALYTICS.
When someone visits www.littlebigdreamers.net we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard Internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. Building Confident Families does this primarily to find out such information as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We always process this information in a way that does not identify anyone. We and Google do not make any attempt to identify any of the website visitors.
MAILING LISTS.
As part of signing up for any of our Opt-Ins, newsletters or email/Facebook challenges we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about, news and events and to check every now and then that you are enjoying the information you are receiving. We don’t provide our email lists to other organizations and businesses in any way.
We use a third-party provider, MailerLite, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Please be aware that at any time you do not wish to receive the newsletters, simply click the unsubscribe button in the email.
PURCHASING A SERVICE.
When you purchase a service from Building Confident Families or gift voucher(s) through Building Confident Families, Dubsado and Acuity Scheduling online your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored Acuity and Dubsado. For more information, you can view Acuity Scheduling’s privacy policies as well as Dubsado’s privacy policy. Please be assured that Building Confident Families does not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
SHARING INFORMATION.
Building Confident Families keeps all information provided confidential unless written the customer provides consent. The only professional Building Confident Families may consult with is a medical professional and Building Confident Families seeks formal consent through the intake form first.
